When you hear God’s voice

I will start by saying I am not perfect, but who is? I am not congregated to a specific church nor religion, but I know God. My mother made many mistakes, but other than choosing to bring all five of us into this world; the next best decision she ever made was introducing us to God, she planted the seed. There were many moments growing up when I questioned his existence, because of the trials and tribulations I was going through. However, even as I questioned; I was speaking directly to him, and the most important part was that I was pouring my heart out to him; honestly. Others called it luck out in the streets; some call it intuition, but I always knew that inner voice was God saving me from the danger awaiting ahead. The difference is that I listened and moved! Whenever I chose not to listen, I suffered the consequences; which some call bad luck, or “when it rains it pours”. Nope, life is all about your decisions. This doesn’t mean you won’t be tested, but you will go about things differently, or the least accept it for what it is and move on; hopefully making better decisions. I felt it in my heart today to remind the world, including myself, that God speaks to us all, but because of that thing (free will) it is solely up to you to decide whether or not to LISTEN.
