A long time has passed me by.. Gray hair taking over my once youthful waves…the kind of time which forces a heart…to finally sit down and listen to the mind, or at least let it explain.
Why it might not have ever worked…not like in our dreams…not like when the stars aligned…on surrender mode at the same time…I realized I did not run out of time, nor was I confused.
Even in those moments questioned by others…I knew…exactly where I wanted to be…what I wanted to do, and with who…the truth is in a stack of poems…I refused to edit…avoiding an explanation.
A promise without hope…words I cannot truly say, nor send in a letter…They say time heals all wounds…when the reality is…I learned to move wounded…Since…there was no longer moving together.
They say time tells…then I guess…these words are physical proof…of how I still rebel against time…Sometimes hours become days…of me dreaming I could escape…crying like it was yesterday…we were forced to say goodbye.
Anxiety and tears forever…when your soul is in another time…I realized within so many dates…the only thing that never changed…is the way…I feel…about…you.

That was beautiful and spoken straight from a heart b, your writings cut right to the heart and bleeds with transparency and feelings, writing has always been my outlet too and I’m grateful to be able to share my feelings on paper as well, God bless you little sister keep sharing .
