Do I Truly Practice Self-Love???

This question has lingered in my soul for quite some time (I mean), if asked, we will all answer yes, and even if we chose to be transparent, we would automatically dress the answer up, because no one wants to admit that they do not truly practice self-love to the extent of the definition. This is not the same as telling someone (do you), or someone claiming (I’m doing me) just for some type of justification regarding their decisions. I state this, because there is a difference, and many have been hurt behind charging it to the games we play in life. This is about Mind/Body & Soul. What am I feeding my mind? What type of words am I proclaiming over me? How much of what is currently going on, am I personally manifesting? Am I eating to live? ensuring I stick around as long as possible for my loved ones and my aspirations. Am I exercising enough? to ensure I sweat out the stress and toxins, a daily check in with my mental and physical health. What kind of energy am I entertaining? What kind of energy am I spreading into the universe? Am I treating others exactly how I’d like to be treated? Am I being patient/ understanding/forgiving with myself? Do I prize myself with a good time (whatever that may be) for all my hard work? The list of questions can go on and on. Have you ever asked yourself any of these questions? Can you identify with this title? Would love to hear your thoughts, as I get ready to challenge myself on 21days of self-love. Would you like to be part of that challenge? If so, just ask about the details. God Bless.

  1. Yessss Ivins getting a massage is an awesome way to practice Self-love & self-care, and I’m glad you don’t think negative about yourself, however, questioning yourself can also be an opportunity to explore other ways of practicing self-love.
